Theresa accepted Jesus’ offer of salvation when she was five years old during her home church’s Vacation Bible School program. Then at age 22, she surrendered her life to him fully.

For most of her adult life, Theresa has served as full-time mom to her four children. In addition, she is actively involved in the community volunteering with Perry Schools, coaching, organizing the Matt McLeese Mission Run (5K), and serving as a parent volunteer. She’s been a member of Whipple Heights since 2002 and has served in many roles including leading Bible studies, as a member of the kids ministry team, and then leader of that team for nine years before officially taking the administrator’s chair in 2015. Already a gifted organizer and administrator with a passion for the Church, she is excited about the daily opportunities God is now giving her to invest into the lives of others.

Theresa and her husband Ken have four children Lexi (‘99), Kevin (‘00), Christopher (‘05), Leah (‘07).
